Privacy Policy
Spanish Detours website does not use cookies.
In line with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is required by law, upon your initial request by email for more information from us, we will hold your e-mail address on our protected Google email system. This information is not used for any reason other than to communicate with you and is not passed on to any third party at any time.
If you book with Spanish Detours, we will then require your name and address for invoicing purposes. Upon payment, we don't have access to any client bank details because of the fully protected Unicaja TPV and bank transfer payment system that we use.
We will also require passport information at some stage for purchasing Alhambra Palace tickets which have to be purchased in advance of your visit and we use a third party agent to do this. At the point of ordering the tickets your passport details are required by us to pass onto them to be able to order the tickets. Once the purchase has been made, both the agent and Spanish Detours will delete the passport information.
When you arrive on holiday Spanish Detours will require a copy of your passport to keep on file for a year, after which the information will be deleted.
Your personal information shown on your invoice will stay on our protected Google Drive file, for 5 years in accordance with Spanish accounting laws and will then be deleted.
If no business is conducted, your information will be deleted once all correspondence has ended.
